• waterways, harbour and river works, pleasure ports (marinas), locks, etc.
• dams and dykes

• dredging of waterways
• construction work, other than buildings, such as:

• outdoor sports facilities

This class also includes:

• land subdivision with land improvement (e.g. adding of roads, utility infrastructure etc.)
